Morgan delle Piane (Hurtwood 2000-2001)

 Morgan delle Piane (born December 28, 1983) is an Italian beauty, aesthete and artist.

Morgan was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and is the son of Cino delle Piane, a prestigious private antique dealer, Khmer sculpture expert and aesthete, Cino exhibited his antiques in the Melzi di Cusano palace in Milan, Italy from 1992 to 1999 and in the Fundacion Bancaja palace in Valencia, Spain in 2001, his biography and antiques have been published in Absolute Marbella magazine and in several art catalogs. Cino is also a painter, he has been painting part-time for 50 years and has began to paint full-time in 2000. His paintings are represented by the El Catalejo art gallery in Marbella and managed by Count Augusto de Marsanich. Cino’s baptism godmother was a Countess. Morgan’s paternal grandfather was an aviator and the owner of a cargo airline in Lima, Peru. Morgan’s paternal aunt Maria Laura delle Piane and cousins are silk manufacturers and they own a silk company and factory named Silky, his paternal family is related to Marshal Rodolfo Graziani (Marchese di Neghelli) and the noble Signorelli family. Morgan’s sibling Emanuelle delle Piane is related to the noble Huguenin of LeLocle family, she is a writer and she has published several books. Morgan’s mother is a descendant of the Thai military Krabuanrat family, they served as Generals, Admirals and Aides de Camp with the Kings of Thailand and received several royal decorations, they became landowners. Her sister is related to the first cousin of Queen Sirikit of Thailand.

Morgan was educated at Schola Europaea,Varese, Italy (The European Schools are official educational establishments controlled jointly by the governments of the Member States of the European Union. They are established to provide education for children of personnel of the European Institutions.), Aiglon College, Villars, Switzerland and Hurtwood House, Holmbury St. Mary, Surrey, he lived in Leith Hill place, the 860 acres estate was built in the 17th century and it was the home of Ralph Vaughan Williams, Josiah Wedgwood and Charles Darwin. (The school has a strong academic record. It is regularly ranked as the 1st Best co-educational School in the UK).

Morgan delle Piane’s very glamorous paintings, self-portrait photographs, designs and music projects are inspired by his aesthetic parents and the beautiful gardens and villas they had in Bangkok, Varese, Marbella and his current home in Hampstead, he is inspired by Khmer sculpture, art deco, fantasy and his travels. Morgan’s symbol is the Dragon and his favourite colour is Purple. His pseudonym, art name and pen name is “Principe delle Piane” (Prince of the Lands). In 2009 Morgan began to work as a photographic fashion model with his luminous, finely etched brunette Italian and Thai looks.
