Dan Walker wins playwrighting contest

Kingston College is delighted to announce the results of its annual ACT (Arthur Cotterell Theatre) Playwriting Competition 2008.

The competition is for the best one-act plays received which are the original work of students in Years 12 /13 in full-time education at Schools and Colleges in Greater London and the South-East of England. The competition is launched at the end of April each year, with a final entry date of 1st September.

First prize went to Dan Walker from Hurtwood House (Holmbury St Mary, Dorking) for his play ‘Tapping’. Dan wins £500 and a guaranteed production in Kingston College’s ACT Theatre. Well Done Dan!!
